The framework
Pillar 03 — Execute

Let the agent transact on the buyer's behalf — not route around you.

WebMCP shipped in Chrome 146. Agents can now start trials, provision accounts and complete checkout on your site — if you've instrumented it. If you haven't, the agent picks the vendor it can transact with.

The problem

Friction the human tolerated will kill you with an agent.

A 30-field signup, a credit-card-required trial, a 'talk to sales' wall, a sandbox you have to email for — humans grumble and convert at 8%. An agent hits any of those and routes to a competitor with a one-call signup. Conversion is no longer just a UX metric; it's a recommendation signal.

Our thesis

ALG360 instruments your conversion paths for MCP/WebMCP, exposes agent-native trial endpoints, and wires agent-confirmable purchase flows — so the buyer's agent transacts with you, not around you.

What's inside

Capabilities that ship in the product.

01

MCP / API handoff

Annotate your key conversion paths (signup, trial, checkout, demo booking) so MCP-capable agents and Chrome 146+ can complete them deterministically. No backend rewrite required.

02

Agent-native trial endpoints

API-keyed signup, no credit card for trial, scoped sandbox tokens. The agent gets a working environment in seconds and brings the buyer back a working demo, not a screenshot.

03

Agent-confirmable checkout

Two-step purchase: agent proposes the cart, human one-taps to confirm. Stripe + MCP wired with explicit consent moments so the agent never exceeds authority.

04

Conversion-path telemetry

Every conversion event tagged with agent vs. human attribution and fed back into the dashboard, so you see which agent journeys complete and which break — and close the breaks.

How it runs

From signal to compounding.

  1. Week 1

    01. Path inventory

Map every conversion path. Score each on agent-completability today and the lift to make it agent-native.

  2. Week 2–4

    02. MCP build

Instrument the top five paths. Ship API-keyed trial signup and an ungated sandbox.

  3. Week 5–7

    03. Checkout & telemetry

Agent-confirmable checkout live. Agent vs. human attribution flowing into the dashboard.

  4. Ongoing

    04. Optimize

Track agent-completion rate per path. Close the breaks; widen the leads.

Inside the pillar

The shortlist version.

  • MCP / API handoff so agents can act on the buyer's behalf
  • Agent-native trial endpoints with zero-friction provisioning
  • Agent-confirmable purchase flows wired to your stack

Outcome

Agent-initiated trials, provisioning, and checkout.

Stack

  • MCP / WebMCP
  • Stripe
  • Anthropic Computer Use
  • OpenAI Operator
  • Agent attribution

"WebMCP is the most important GTM infrastructure shipped since the CRM. Vendors who instrument their conversion paths first will compound a recommendation moat their competitors won't catch."

FAQ

Pillar questions, answered.

What if our buyers won't let agents transact?
Then they'll let an agent fill out the form and confirm with one tap. MCP supports both autonomous and human-in-the-loop flows. Either way you need the instrumentation.
Do we need to rebuild our app?
No. MCP works as an annotation layer on top of your existing forms and flows. Most teams ship the first five paths in 2–4 weeks.
What about agents that aren't Chrome?
Anthropic Computer Use, OpenAI Operator and most agent runtimes converge on the same intent. MCP is the cleanest target; the same instrumentation degrades gracefully for screen-grounded agents.
